I don't know what is what, but Sportsman's Guide has these available on their site. Kinda expensive, kinda heavy, shipping would be a bear to pay. $149.97 to start.

Yeah, Dylan had me check on that a few months back. Pretty sure that it's a Vietnam era desk. But very cool nonetheless.

I was linked it from Sportsman's Guide's email newsletter, which I ignored. Then it was posted up in doc_hoovie, so I thought I'd give you guys notice. Someone in doc_hoovie pointed out that it's post-war just as Derek did. I thought it looked "meh" but yes, interesting at any rate.

Also, someone on doc_hoovie's board mentioned that there's a store in Escondido that sells those for relatively cheap.

you have to respect the design...cool that the desk top becomes the front cover of the shelves...essentially the ww2 design but on a much larger scale.

We use these. The WW2 ones are hard to find and expensive. My Company Clerk has one. It looks good and it's great for doing paperwork at Camp Roberts. If the look distracts you, you can always put a blanket over the top of it.
